This tutorial explains how to set up routing rules in a late shipment account. Routing rules direct returns to different warehouse addresses based on the sender's location.
Setting up a Rule Based on Location:
Step 1: Navigate to returns experience management.
Step 2: Select return rules.
Step 3: Choose routing.
Step 4: Click on Add to create a new rule.
Step 5: Enter a title for the rule and choose location as the rule type.
Step 6: Select the country, for example, the United States.
Step 7: Choose a state, such as California.
Step 8: Enter the first and last name associated with the warehouse address.
Step 9: Provide the company's name and the warehouse address.
Step 10: Fill in the city, select the country and state, and enter the ZIP code.
Step 11: Add the phone number.
Step 12: Activate the rule by clicking the toggle.
Setting up a Rule Based on Product ID or SKU:
Step 1: Click Add to create a new rule.
Step 2: Enter a title for the rule. Input the product ID or SKU in the designated field. Separate multiple IDs or tags with commas.
Step 3: Follow Steps 8-12 from the previous section to complete the warehouse details and activate the rule.
Setting up a Rule Based on Product Tag:
Step 1: Click Add to create a new rule.
Step 2: Enter a title for the rule. Input the product tag in the designated field. Separate multiple tags with commas.

Deleting a Rule:
Step 1: Click delete to remove a rule.
