Auto-approval of return requests and why we do it.

 

All return requests initiated by your customer are automatically approved, and further instructions for the return shipping are immediately emailed to the customer, along with pre-paid shipping labels where applicable. This ensures a truly seamless customer experience and facilitates quick return resolution with least intervention by support agents.

 

We do not support manual return authorization as this would require your team to manually review and approve all return requests only after which the customer may be issued shipping instructions and the return shipping label. This comes in the way of a seamless and quick return resolution process, and therefore manual return authorization is not something we provision for.
