How can I connect my Klaviyo account with LateShipment.com

You will require a public API key for Klaviyo. Available under Profile > Account > Settings > API Keys.
 
The following event trigger metrics and event variables will be available in Klaviyo to create email templates and flows. 
 
Event Trigger Metrics
LS-Shipped
LS-Intransit
LS-Intransitwithdelays
LS-Faileddelivery
LS-Outfordelivery
LS-Delivered
 
Event Variables which can be used in templates:
trackingnumber 
shipdate
estimateddate
ordernumber (Shopify order number)
customername
lsstatus (Current status of the shipment)
trackinglink (Link to the customized tracking page)
carriertype (Name of the shipping carrier used)
 
The example syntax for using an event variable in an email template:
trackingnumber  -  {{event.trackingnumber}}
