The LateShipment.com custom track page subdomain created during setup (company.lateshipment.com) can be remapped to suit your custom domain requirements (track.companyname.com) or (domain.com). This article illustrates the procedure to set up custom domains.

Start by getting to the domain registrar.
Step 1: Open the domain management page.

Step 2: Click on Manage DNS.

Step 3: Choose Add New Record.

Step 4: Set the record type to CNAME.

Step 5: Assign a name to the record. For this guide, we're using "tracking".

Step 6: Set the value to "track.lateshipment.com".

Step 7: Set the TTL (Time To Live) to 30 minutes and hit Save.

Step 8: Click Continue and then Verify.

Step 9: Input the one-time password received via email and click Verify.

After successfully updating the DNS record, proceed to the Late Shipment account.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings.

Step 2: Click on "Customize Tracking Page".

Step 3: Select "Use a Custom Domain".

Step 4: Enter the value assigned in the domain registrar, "tracking." Then, provide the custom domain name and click Save.

You need not worry about the private key, primary certificate, intermediary certificate, or SSL certificate, as we handle these.
