This guide provides a step-by-step process to create a transactional email automation in Listrack.
Step 1: Navigate to Messages.
Step 2: Proceed to Transactional Email. Scroll down to the next step.
Step 3: Click on Create Message. Assign a name and a subject line to your message.
Step 4: To create a template from scratch, go to Composer and select a template. Alternatively, paste an HTML code by following the next steps.
Step 5: Go to HTML Code, paste your code, and save it. For this demonstration, we'll use a pre-existing template.
Step 6: Go to Select Template and choose the template you've already created. To preview it, click View.
Step 7: If you're satisfied with the template, click Load.
Step 8: To edit the template, select Edit Design.
Step 9: Inside the template editor, make changes as needed. To add an image, drag and drop the block to your desired location. To upload an image, click Browse.
Step 10: Click Upload. Choose the image you want to upload and click Upload again. Then, select the image and click Embed Media.
Step 11: To add text, drag and drop the text box to your desired location. You're able to change the color of the font, the font family, and the font size.
Step 12: While editing the email content, follow the merge tag guidelines provided in a separate document. Verify the merge tags offered for use inside Listrack.
Step 13: Add other content to your template. For instance, add a button and customize it, or add your social media links.
Step 14: Once you've finished designing your template, click Preview to ensure it meets your expectations.
Step 15: If you're satisfied with the template, click Apply Design.
Step 16: To send a test email, click Send Test, enter the recipient's email ID, and click Send.
Step 17: To finalize and take your transactional email live, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Create Transactional Message.
