This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on creating a branded tracking page in a LateShipment.com account.
Using Pre-Built Templates:
Step 1: Navigate to the settings.
Step 2: Scroll down and find the option to customize the tracking page.
Step 3: Select one of the three pre-built templates available.
Step 4: Upload the logo and favicon of the specified size and paste the logo URL.
Step 5: Customize the header, tracking page color, brand images, photo links, and social media.
Step 6: After updating all the details, click update to save the changes.
Building a Custom Tracking Page:
Step 1: Navigate to the builder.
Step 2: Click on the custom page builder.
Step 3: Select one of the three layouts provided.
Step 4: Upload a logo and change the fonts if desired.
Step 5: Select the text, navigate to typography, and change the font.
Step 6: Adjust the font size if needed.
(Note: Certain information, such as the tracking number and status of the package, cannot be edited as they are pushed from the carrier side).
Step 7: Change the button color by clicking on the button and scrolling down. Under decorations, change the button color.
Adding Product Recommendations:
Step 1: In the product recommendation block, upload product images.
Step 2: Provide a name and price for the product. To link the product to a website, click on 'shop now'. On the right, paste the product link in the "Href" field.
Step 3: Product recommendations can also be pushed by Nosto.
Step 4: Navigate to the blocks and select the option "Product recommendation with Nosto".
Step 5: Drag and drop this option to the desired location on the template.
Step 6: Send the Nosto key to our support agent.
Creating Additional Templates:
Step 1: To create another template within the builder, choose a different workspace.
Step 2: There are eight workspaces available. Select another workspace.
Step 3: Choose the template to be created.
Step 4: After completing the template, click save. To make the template live, click publish.
