Step 1: Navigate to the automation section in Omnisend.
Step 2: Click “Create workflow”.
Step 3: Click “Create from scratch”.
Step 4: Select the trigger for the automation.
Step 5: Click Update.
Step 6: Add the Email option to the workflow.
Step 7: Scroll down and click "Edit content".
Step 8: On the top right, click the drop-down menu and select "Change template".
Step 9: Select the desired template and click "Use template".
Step 10: Click "Finish editing".
Step 11: Provide a "Subject line", a "Preheader", and the "Sender's name" for the email, click "Update".
Step 12: Click Start workflow.
Step 13: Navigate to the LateShipment.com account.
Step 14: Access the settings.
Under Settings, click "Notifications".
Step 15: Integrate email tool.
From the drop-down menu, select "Omnisend".
Step 16: Activate the event for which the automation was started.
Congratulations! Your email automation in Omnisend is now successfully set up.
