How can I send or automate email notifications to my customers?

Once you have connected your e-commerce store and completed your domain verification, you can automate notifications to your customers by completing these two simple steps:

1) We have created an email template for every event. You can review our default email templates and save them as it is or edit the content on the email templates according to your brand’s tone and language.

2) Enable the statuses (simply turn the toggle on)  you’d like your customers to be notified of. Notifications are triggered at the first instance the event occurs for a Tracking Number.

So, let’s say you enable Automated Notifications for the event ‘return approved’. An email (that you have saved for that event) would go out to customers from your verified email ID when a package returned is approved after inspection at the store/warehouse.

Be sure to at least enable the statuses marked as recommended as they are important for seamlessly processing a return request.

Here are the return events we support via email and SMS notifications:

Return Created: This status is assigned when a customer's request to return is successfully created. The customer will immediately receive a notification mentioning the status, instructions to return the item, and a link to download the shipping label. (if enabled by you )

Return in-transit: This status is assigned when the package returned by the customer has been shipped. The email notification sent at this event will also contain a link to the tracking page.

Return Received: This status is assigned when the package returned by the customer reaches the store/warehouse.
Return Approved: This status is assigned when the package returned by the customer is approved after inspection at the store/warehouse.
Refund Initiated: This status is assigned when the refund has been initiated by the store.
Store Credit Issued: This status is assigned when the store credit has been issued to the store’s wallet.
Exchange initiated: This status is assigned when the exchange shipment has been shipped.
Return Rejected: This status is assigned when a package returned is approved after inspection at the store/warehouse.
