Yes. If a shipping label is enabled, the tracking information will be automatically populated on the tracking page once the package is shipped by the carrier.

 

If a prepaid label is not enabled, we will need the shipment ID of the item returned to be able to track the package. In that case, your customer will be required to enter the shipment ID of the item returned on the tracking page.

Once the package is shipped by the carrier, the tracking information will be populated automatically on the tracking page.
